Welcome to our KOSMOS STUDIOS help and information page. We hope to have the opportunity to help you enjoy your stay on Tilos. For the past two years we have worked to provide comfortable, spacious self-catering accommodation with quality firmly in mind.

Kosmos Studios are situated centrally in the bay of Livadia. In a quiet position, with rural views they lie only two minutes from the main beach. Within easy reach of local tavernas and shops, our Studios offer a peaceful environment with views of the garden, surrounding mountains and Tilotian countryside.		Owned and run by Helen and Paul Nuttall, the south-facing Studios have been carefully designed to give the visitor the highest levels of comfort. Each Studio is fully equipped to cater for up to three people. The self-catering facilities on offer enable the clients to enjoy their holiday with the minimum of effort.

Completed in summer 2004, Kosmos Studios offer comfort with quality firmly in mind. The interiors are tastefully decorated with all the necessary fitments to allow guests a high degree of independence.

Whether self-catering or using the studios as a base for exploring the beautiful island, Kosmos Studios offer guests the opportunity of tailoring their holiday to their needs.

Quietly situated in a garden setting, yet only 80 metres from the beach. Kosmos Studios are comprised of four, ground-floor, self contained apartments.

There is a south-facing terrace at the front and a shaded balcony area at the rear of each Studio, ideal for that alfresco meal or quiet drink or perhaps as a place for entertaining friends.

Kosmos Studios have been designed to give the visitor ample space for maximum comfort. Each Studio is equipped with a ceiling fan and mosquito screens on each window and on the patio doors for the clients' convenience. There is a dining area with kitchen facilities and fridge, leading through an archway into a very spacious bedroom with twin divan beds. A larger-than-normal, tastefully-tiled, fitted bathroom with shower is accessed off the living area.

The owners, Helen and Paul live on the premises and are available to offer help and assistance when required though they do appreciate their clients' need for privacy.

Please note that prices quoted are per Studio, per night for two people. An additional charge will be levied for higher occupancy. For those wishing to visit Tilos during earlier or later months, prices can be quoted on request. Please note: Minimum stay at Kosmos Studios - three nights.
